Company allowances do not multiply with additional seats. Revisions within a captured project do not count as a new scan-assisted project. No automatic overage billing is proposed.

What is an active professional user?+

A person who edits designs, rates, takeoffs or proposals. The company plan includes one. Homeowners and view-only collaborators do not require paid seats.

Does a homeowner pay for the app?+

The proposed model keeps capture, exploration and quote requests free. The actual deck is quoted and contracted with the builder. Independent plan-export products are not part of this initial model.

How does annual billing work?+

The proposed base is $1,428 paid for a year, equivalent to $119 per month, saving $360 against twelve monthly payments. Each additional annual seat is $276 per year. Annual payment is a commitment, not a monthly subscription at the annual equivalent.

What happens if we need more capture capacity?+

During the pilot, we discuss additional capacity before any charge or limit change. We do not propose surprise overage invoices. The allowances need validation against actual costs and usage.

Is there a fee on every deck or lead?+

No per-lead or project commission is included in this pricing proposal. Any future transaction service would need a clearly stated benefit, responsibility and fee before a customer opted in.

Can I purchase a plan now?+

No. These are proposed pilot plans. Join early access to register your interest. No subscription is activated and no payment is taken.
